My favorite so far are having a fruit or vegetable every day with every meal. I wouldn't say that I disliked fruit before, but I definitely did not consume it in the quantities I do now. I have a piece of fruit or a vegetable with every meal and whenever I don't have some with a meal I feel like something is missing.
I've also upped my water intake and recently switched to just drinking water. I've allowed variety in that I add Crystal Light to my water and drink sparking water as well. Poland Springs makes a Raspberry LIme Sparking Water that I really like. I still drink coffee but I always make sure I have a cup of water afterwards. I'm aiming for having at least 8 glasses every day.
So far I'm down -8.6 pounds and hoping to be at 10 by Friday, April 19. There are some great WW recipes out there on sites like Skinny Taste. Below are two of the things I've recently made.
